The system displays the status of the RFQ
The system displays the following information in the header

RFQ No. |
The unique code identifying the RFQ document |

Supplier Code |
Code or identification number of the supplier. |

Name |
Name of the supplier associated with the supplier code. |
Enter the following fields in the “Item Details” group box

Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the item in the RFQ document. The lowest of all the RFQ line numbers is set as the default value |
The system displays the following information in the “Item Details” group box

Item Code |
The unique code identifying the line item |
|
Variant Code |
The variant of the item |
|
Desc. |
The textual description of the item |
|
Item Revision No. |
The unique code identifying the version of the item |

Drawing No. |
The unique code identifying the engineering drawing of the item |

Drawing Revision No. |
The unique code identifying the revisions done to the engineering drawing of the item. |

Attribute Values |
The quality attribute for the item. This can be Item, Item Supplier and None |

Inspected By |
The type of inspection done on the items in the subcontract RFQ. It can be None, Self and Third Party |

Attribute Code |
The code that identifies the unique quality attribute |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in which it is purchased. |

Required Max value |
The maximum acceptable value for the attribute of the item if it is a quantitative parameter |

Required Min Value |
The minimum acceptable value for the attribute of the item if it is a quantitative parameter |

Qualitative Value |
The qualitative value assigned to the attribute of the part |
|
Attribute Min Value |
The minimum quantitative value assigned to the attribute of the item in itme master |

Attribute Max Value |
The maximum quantitative value assigned to the attribute of the item in item master |

Attribute Description |
The textual description of the qualitative attribute |

Attribute Type |
The type of the quality attribute, which could be “Qualitative” or “Quantitative”. |

Reqd Standard Quantitative Value |
The standard value assigned to the quantitative attribute of the part |

Reqd Standard Qualitative Value |
The standard value assigned to the quantitative attribute of the part. |

Trackable |
Displays whether the attribute is trackable or not. The system lists either “Yes” or “No” |

The details viewed in this page are applicable to all the suppliers mapped to RFQ.
The page displays the RFQ number. On giving the subcontract RFQ line number, the system displays all the item details such as the item code, variant of the item, description of the item, the quantity of item supplied by the subcontractor, the unit of measurement of the line item.
This page allows you to view both quantitative and qualitative parameters for the items. You can view the required minimum, maximum and the standard attribute value required for a line item. You can also view the required value of the qualitative parameter.
