Maintain Quick Code Multilanguage Description

This page allows user to maintain the description of the quick code values assigned for different entities like ““Bank Type”, “Location”, “Item”, “Location Reference” and “Location Type” that are pre-defined in the system. The page allows the user to enter the value of the required quick code that has to be translated into the desired language. The system updates the selected values into the desired language.

Select the “Maintain Quick Code Multilanguage Description” link at the bottom of the “Create Quick Codes” page.

The “Maintain Quick Codes Multilanguage Description” page appears.

Select a relevant option from the drop-down list box in the header:

Entity	Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code entity whose description has to reflect in Multilanguage. The options available are “ASSESSEETYPE”, “BANK TYPE”, “COMPANY IDENTIFICATION REFERENCE”, “ITEM”, “LOCATION REFERENCE”, “LOCATION TYPE”, “POLICY”, “PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION REFERENCE”, “SUPPLY CHAIN REFERENCE” and “TAX IDENTIFICATION REFERENCE”.
Quick Code From	The starting code in the range of quick codes from which the description of the quick code entities are selected for converting to Multilanguage.
To	The ending code in the range of quick codes to which the description of the quick code entities are selected for converting to Multilanguage.
Code Creation Date From	The starting date in the range of dates from which the quick codes are to be created.
Code Creation Date To	The ending date in the range of dates to which the quick codes are to created.
Language	Use the drop-down list box to select the language in which quick codes needs to be translated.
Value	The code identifying the value of the quick code.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the results for the search criteria entered.

The system displays the following details in the “Value Details” multiline.

Quick Code	The code identifying the selected quick code.
Language	The code identifying the selected language to which the entities of the quick codes needs to be translated.
Value	The code identifying the value of the quick code.

Click the “Update Value” pushbutton to update the required values with respect to the selected language to which the details are to be translated.
