Report on Account –Analysis – Cost Center Details
The transactions happening in an organization reflect on the account balances, and the total impact of the transactions can be understood in detail by analyzing the account balances along with Cost Center and Analysis code and Sub Analysis Code.. This page allows you to print a summary or a detail account balance along with Analysis Code or Cost Center or with Both or vice versa. The Report can be generated in the base currency of the company and in the account currency. If a parallel base currency is available for a company, the Report can also be generated in the parallel base currency.
This page allows you to set the criteria for generating the report for a finance book. You can also generate the account balance by specifying a range of “Account”, “Analysis” and “Sub Analysis” codes and Cost Centers.
This page allows you to generate a detail account balance that would contain the opening, period and closing debit / credit balances of the accounts in a finance book along with Cost Center, Analysis Code and Sib Analysis Code.. The opening debit / credit balances could be from the beginning of the financial period in which the date of the account balance is available or from the beginning of the financial year in which the account balance date is valid.
Select the “Report on Account - Analysis - Cost Center Details” link under “Reports – Book keeping”.
The “Report on Account - Analysis - Cost Center Details” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Print Criteria” group box:

Business Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the business unit for which you want to view the Report. All the business units that have been mapped to organization units in which a “Report – Book Keeping” and a “Finance Book Processing” business component has been deployed will be available for selection in the ascending order. |

Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book for which you want to view the Report. All the finance books mapped for the OU of the Selected business are available for selection in the alphabetical order. |

Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the currency in which you want to view the Report. You can select from “Base Currency”, “Parallel Base Currency”. The system displays “Base Currency” by default on launch of the page |
Note: “Parallel Base Currency” will be available for selection only if it is applicable for the company.

Financial Year |
Use the drop down list to select the Financial year for which you want to view the Report. All the Financial years mapped to the Login Company upto the year in which the System date falls will be available for selection. The system displays the Year in which the system date falls by default on launch of the page. |

Financial Period From |
Use the drop down list to select the Financial period from which you want to view the Report. All the Financial Periods available for the selected Financial Year will be available for selection. The system displays the period in which the system date falls by default on launch of the. |

Financial Period To |
Use the drop down list to select the Financial period upto which you want to view the Report All the Financial Periods equal to or greater than the selected Financial Period From for the selected Financial Year will be available for selection. The system displays the period in which the system date falls by default on launch of the page. |

Report Option |
Use the drop down list box to select the Report Option as to Summary or Detail. |

Balance By |
Use the drop down list box to select the Balance By Option. The combo would be loaded with “Account Code - Analysis Code”, “Account Code - Cost Center”,“Analysis Code - Account Code”,“Cost Center - Account Code”,“Account Code - Analysis Code - Cost Center “ and Account Code - Cost Center - Analysis Code, "Cost Center". Defaulted with the first value. |

Include Remarks |
Use the drop down list box to specify whether the Remarks to be included in the report or not. |
Note: This can be selected as Yes only when the report option is selected as Detail.

Account Code From |
The starting code number in the range of code numbers identifying the account code in which you want to view the Report (Alphanumeric, 32). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the codes that are similar to the value entered here. |

Cost Center Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of cost center for which you want to generate the report. All the cost center types that have been defined in the “Set Parameters” activity of Cost Setup component will be available for selection in the alphabetical order. |

Analysis Code From |
The starting code number in the range of code numbers identifying the analysis code in which you want to view the Report (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the codes that are similar to the value entered here. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the chart of accounts Id in which you want to view the account balance. All the Reporting chart of accounts ID, will be available for selection in the ascending order along with Blank. |

Sub Analysis Code From |
The starting code number in the range of code numbers identifying the sub-analysis code in which you want to view the Report (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the codes that are similar to the value entered here. |

Click the “Print Report” push button to print the Report.
The system retrieves and displays the balances of the account codes for the selected finance book for the period.
