Agent Availability
This page allows you to create a new profile for agent selection. This profile consists of rules that will help the planner identify agents satisfying certain criteria from among all the available agents during planning. You can search agents based on the parameters listed and save the parameter against the profile ID along with a value to be used as filter criteria. Based on the parameters opted for, the system fetches a list of available agents. The user can either click the Run Profile button to fetch the list of agents based on the filter criteria, or the system will create this list via a batch job. You can also add more agents to the profile output via a manual search.
