Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

The “Resource Availability” page appears.

      - Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

This page consists of the following tabs:

Tab – Vehicle

The tab shows you a summary of available vehicles and allows you to view the profiles that have been generated for vehicle selection. It also allows you to create a new profile for a resource type - Vehicle.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Ownership

The ownership of the vehicle.

Vehicle Type

The type of vehicle This is fetched from Vehicle masters.

No. of Vehicles Available

The number of vehicles available for movement or shipment.

No. of Vehicles Not Available

The number of vehicles not available for movement or shipment.

To modify or view an existing vehicle profile details

Profile ID

A unique ID identifying the vehicle profile. This field can be a combination of alphabets and numbers, and cannot be left blank.

Profile Name

The name of the profile.

Division

The division mapped to the profile.

Location

The location mapped to the profile.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the profile. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Profile

A unique ID identifying the vehicle profile.

Description

The description of the profile.

Status

The status of the profile.

Division

The division mapped to the profile.

Location

The location mapped to the profile.

Note: At least one row should be selected in the multiline.

Tab – Equipment

The tab shows you a summary of available equipment and allows you to view the profiles that have been generated for equipment selection. It also allows you to create a new profile for the resource type - equipment. The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Ownership

The ownership of the equipment.

Vehicle Type

The type of equipment fetched from equipment masters.

No. of Vehicles Available

The number of equipment available for movement or shipment.

No. of Vehicles Not Available

The number of equipment not available for movement or shipment.

To modify or view an existing equipment profile details

Profile ID

A unique ID identifying the equipment profile. This field can be a combination of alphabets and numbers, and cannot be left blank.

Profile Name

The name of the profile.

Division

The division mapped to the profile.

Location

The location mapped to the profile.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the equipment profile. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page.

Tab – Recurring Trip Plan

The tab shows you a summary of available recurring trip plans and the number of customers that are expected to be covered by the recurring trip plan. You can view the profiles that have been generated for recurring trip plan. It also allows you to create a new profile for the resource type - recurring trip plan.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Trip Plan

The unique code identifying the recurring trip plan.

No. of Customers

The number of customers available for trip plan.

To modify or view an existing recurring trip plan profile details

Profile ID

A unique ID identifying the recurring trip plan profile. This field can be a combination of alphabets and numbers, and cannot be left blank.

Profile Name

The name of the profile.

Division

The division mapped to the profile.

Location

The location mapped to the profile.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the profile. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page.

Tab – Driver

The tab shows you a summary of available drivers across grades and allows you to view the profiles that have been generated for driver selection. It also allows you to create a new profile for the resource type - driver.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Ownership

The owner type of the driver.

Driver Grade

The grade to which the driver belongs. This is fetched from employee masters against the driver (employee code)

No. of Drivers Available

The number of drivers available for operating the equipment or vehicle.

To modify or view an existing driver profile details

Profile ID

A unique ID identifying the driver profile. This field can be a combination of alphabets and numbers, and cannot be left blank.

Profile Name

The name of the profile.

Division

The division mapped to the profile.

Location

The location mapped to the profile.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the driver profile. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page.

Tab – Handler

The tab shows you a summary of available handlers across grades and allows you to view the profiles that have been generated for handler selection. It also allows you to create a new profile for the resource type - handler.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Ownership

The ownership of the handler.

Handler Grade

The grade to which the handler belongs. This is fetched from employee masters against the handler (employee code)

No. of Handlers Available

The number of handlers available for movement or shipment.

No. of Handlers Not Available

The number of handlers not available for movement or shipment.

The tab shows you a summary of available agents and allows you to view the profiles that have been generated for agent selection. It also allows you to create a new profile for the resource type - agency.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Geo

The code identifying the geo code.

Service Type

The service type of the agent.

Contracted Agents

The number of available contracted agents.

Non-Contracted Agents

The number of available non-contracted agents.

To modify or view an existing agent profile details

Profile ID

A unique ID identifying the agent profile. This field can be a combination of alphabets and numbers, and cannot be left blank.

Profile Name

The name of the profile.

The location mapped to the profile.

Tab – Schedule

The tab shows you a summary of schedules of third party operators such as vessel agencies or airlines which could be used by a planner. It allows you to view the profiles that have been generated for schedule selection. It also allows you to create a new profile for a resource type - schedule.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline:

Transport Mode

The mode of transport of the schedule provider

From

The port from which the operator would start the journey.

To

The port at which the operator is expected to complete the journey.

No. of Contracted Vendors

The number of contracted operators available for movement or shipment.

No. of Non-Contracted Vendors

The number of non-contracted operators available for movement or shipment.

Capacity Available

The capacity available for movement or shipment.

To modify or view an existing schedule profile details

Profile ID

A unique ID identifying the schedule profile. This field can be a combination of alphabets and numbers, and cannot be left blank.

Profile Name

The name of the profile.

Division

The division mapped to the profile.

Location

The location mapped to the profile.

Status
