Charge-Component mapping

This page allows you to map the charge/rebate to the component details. Based on the code entered, the system displays the component details in the multiline.

Select the “Charge-Component mapping” link at the bottom of the “Maintain Rates” activity.

The “Charge-Component mapping” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.

Enter the following details in the “Rebate/Charge details” group box:

Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the rebate and charge.

The system displays the following in the “Rebate/Charge details” group box:

Description	The detailed description of the rebate and charge.
Type	The type of rebate and charge to which the scheme is mapped.

Modify the following details in the “Component Details” multiline:

Payplan Code

The code identifying the pay plan to which the scheme is mapped.

The system displays the following in the “Component Details” multiline:

Code	The code identifying the component.
Description	The detailed description of the component.
Type	The type of the component.
Pay plan code	The code identifying the pay plan.
Description	The detailed description of the pay plan.
Type	The type of pay plan to which the scheme is mapped.

Enter the following details in the “Component Details” multiline:

Map

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the component details to be mapped or not. The combo is loaded with the options “Yes” and “No”.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

Click the “Map” button to map the rebate/charge to the component details.
