Using On Line Help

This page allows you to map the components based on which the brokerage (%) is applied. Brokerage and incentive is processed in parts e.g. 10% is signed before agreement and the balance 90% is signed after agreement. Preference is given to “Incentive details” over the value. You can provide the rebates that need to be deducted for “Brokerage Sale Value” computation. In this page you can specify the basis (%, per sq. ft) and value to be applied on brokerage sale value. Manual “Cr” notes considered for brokerage base amount computation. A separate numbering series is available for brokerage SDI’s.

The “Broker Details - Sales” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Scheme Details” group box:

Scheme Code

The code identifying the scheme.

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

Scheme Type

The type of the scheme for which the login user/company is mapped.

Company Code

The category of the scheme.

Company Name

The code identifying the company to which the login user is mapped.

Finance Book

The finance book of the company.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of brokerage. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “Brokerage” and “Incentive”.

Pay Plan Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of pay plan to which the scheme is mapped. The combo is loaded with the options “CLP” and “Down Payment”.

Agreement No

Use the drop-down list box to select the agreement number. The combo is loaded with the options “Yes” and “No”.

Brokerage (%)

The brokerage amount specified in percentage.

Brokerage Basis

Use the drop-down list box to select the basis for the brokerage. The combo is loaded with the options “Per Sqft” and “%”.

Brokerage Value

The sale value of the brokerage.

Incentive (%)

The incentive amount specified in percentage.

Incentive Basis

Use the drop-down list box to select the basis for the incentive. The combo is loaded with the options “Per Sqft” and “%”.

Incentive Value

The sale value of the incentive.

Broker Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of broker. The combo is loaded with options “Individual”, “Corporate” and “Consortium”.

Map

Use the drop-down list box to map the components based on which the brokerage (%) is applied. The combo is loaded with the options “No” and “Yes”.

The system displays the following in the “Applicable Components” multiline:

Code

The code identifying the component to which the scheme is mapped.

Description

The detailed description of the component.

Type

The type of component for which the scheme is mapped.

Effective From

The date from which the component is effective.

Effective To

The date until which the component is effective.

Basis

Use the drop-down list box to select the basis for the component. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “%” and “Per SQFT”.

Value

The brokerage sale value applied for the component.

Sequence

Use the drop-down list box to select the sequence number of the component. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “1” and “2”.

Map

Use the drop-down list box to map the components based on which the brokerage (%) is applied. The combo is loaded with the options “No” and “Yes”.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.
