Maintain OC/FP Details

This page allows you to specify the occupation certificate, final payment and handing over period details for the scheme. The property details are specified at block-tower level and are used in calculating the holding and compensation values.
Select the “Maintain OC/FP Details” link at the bottom of the “Scheme Details - Sales” activity.
The “Maintain OC/FP Details” page appears.
The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme. |

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
|
Scheme Type |
The type of the scheme for which the login user/company is mapped. |
Enter the following details in the “Default Entries Section” group box:

Occupation Certificate Date |
The date on which the occupation certificate is created. |
|
Final Payment Date |
The date on which the final payment is made. |
The system displays the following in the “Property Details” multiline:

Block |
The block name of the property. |
|
Tower |
The tower name of the property. |
Enter the following details in the “Property details” multiline:

Occupation Certificate Date |
The date on which the occupation certificate is created. |
|
Final Payment Date |
The date on which the final payment is made. |
|
Handing Over Period |
The duration for handling over the project. |
Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click the “Save Details” button to save (create/modify) the occupation certificate and final payment details.
