View Other Taxes and Charges - An Overview
Whenever the SCRS is released, in addition to the quantity and rate, applicable taxes such as duty, sales tax and freight charges has to be specified. The tax and charges (TC) vary from time to time. For example if the charge incurred on unloading 50 kilograms of steel is Rs.100 then that charge can be viewed in this page for the line item. Similar conditions are applicable to tax of the item The TC that is viewed in this page is based on the unit rate of the item.
The page displays all the SCRS details such as the SCRS number, amendment number, supplier code and name. On giving the SCRS line number, the system displays all the item details such as the item code, variant of the item, description of the item, the OU where the item is to be received, the UOM of the item and the Bill Of Material code for the line item.
The TCD is applied either at the line level or at the document level of the subcontract order. If the TCD is applied at the line level you can select the line number of the item in the SCRS. The system displays the TCD amount for the TCD code and variant combination.
