The “Help On Service Work Order” page appears.

Work Order No. |
The service work order for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter for the WO No. in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders that are similar to the service work order entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the service work order to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Work Order Status |
Use the drop-don list box to specify the status of the work order to be retrieved. The system displays the options “Fresh”, “Cancelled”, “Scheduled”, “In progress”, “Completed” “Closed”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the service work orders irrespective of their status. |

Work Order Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the service work order to be retrieved. The system lists all the types that are defined in the “Maintain Code” activity and in “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders irrespective of their type. |

Work Group |
The work group, which is responsible for carrying out the work order. (Alphanumeric, 30). Enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work orders that must be performed by similar work groups. |

Location |
The location of the equipment for which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created. (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment whose locations are similar to the location entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve service work orders created in all locations. |

Unit |
The unit for which the services are rendered. (Alphanumeric, 70). The system retrieves all the equipment whose units are similar to the units entered here. |

SLA No. |
The Service Level Agreement number for which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the SLA Number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment whose SLA number is similar to the SLA number entered here. |

Service Level |
The service level of the work order (Alphanumeric, 18). The system retrieves all the equipment whose service level is similar to the service level entered here. |

Sale Order No. |
The sale order number of the equipment for which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the sale order number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment whose sale order number is similar to the sale order number entered here. |

Cost Center |
The unique code of the cost center for which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the cost center in full or specify it partially. |

WO Category |
The category of service work order for which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the work order category in full or specify it partially. |

Due Date From |
The date from which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created. (Date Format) |

Due Date To |
The date until which you require to retrieve all the service work orders that have been created (Date Format). Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders that are created till date. |
