This activity allows you to create a service level. Service levels are the types of AMC services offered for after sales services. Service level is similar to that of the warranty provided for the machine by the AMC services.

The service level details like the actual duration of the contract, the response time for a request from customer, the basic price charged for the contract and the total number of after sales service visits done during the contract period are captured in this activity. Apart from this the intervention period for the service level can be specified. Based on the response time and the intervention period entered, the system calculates the work order due dates for the unit.

You can specify in detail the information pertaining to the spare parts that are to be replenished during the service level period. You can specify the details of the spare parts that are to be included or excluded from the service level, the percentage of discount offered, the unit rate pre agreed for the created service level. Similarly the details of the service (s) offered and the standard work order charges can be specified in this activity.

The system saves the entered service level details. When a service level is created, an item code of the service type is generated automatically. Modification of the newly created service level is also allowed in this activity. The login user ID and the system date are stored along with the creation details.
