Maintain Employee Assignment
A maintain employee assignment offers the ability to maintain the employee work assignment based on the agreement number. The employee who is having the skill set of operating the equipment has been assigned. Based on the skill set, the employee is mapped against the service level agreement.
Select the “Maintain Employee Assignment” activity under the “Service Level Agreement” business component.
The “Maintain Employee Assignment” appears.

To maintain the existing employee assignment details
Enter the following details in the header:
Agreement No. |
The unique number identifying the service level agreement against which the employee work assignment is maintained. |
Agreement Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the agreement. |
The system displays the following details:
Quotation No. |
The unique number that identifies the quotation. |
Equipment Category |
The category of the equipment against the service level agreement. |
Equipment Code |
The unique code that identifies the equipment. |
Equipment Description |
The description of the equipment. |
Rental Start Date |
The date on which the rental is started. |
Rental End Date |
The date on which the rental is ended. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline:
Skill Code |
The skill code of the employee. |
Skill Desc |
The textual description of the skill. |
Employee Code |
The unique code that identifies the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Start Date |
The date from which the employee is assigned. |
End Date |
The date till which the employee is assigned. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the employee. |
Employee Role |
The role of the employee. |
Click the “Maintain” button to maintain the employee assignment details.
