This activity allows you to create a recurring voucher template that is used to raise sundry payment vouchers to payees on a periodical basis. This template holds all the common details pertaining to the voucher. The vouchers are created periodically based on the information available in this template.

You can also view the status of all the vouchers that are generated from the template.

Viewing Voucher Status

The status of the vouchers created using a template can be viewed through this activity.

Go to “View Voucher Status” page.
View the list of recurring vouchers along with their status.

Capturing electronic payment details

If the payment is to be made through electronic payment mode, then the electronic payment details can be captured.

Go to “Electronic Payments” page.
Specify the ESR and LSV details and save them.

Performing Tax calculations

The Tax calculation can be performed.

Go to the “Tax Calculation” page.
Specify the relevant details.
