View Voucher – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the payment voucher. You can view the voucher of any status. You can search and select the voucher based on the status and view its corresponding details. This activity also allows you to view the instrument information if the voucher has been produced for payment through an instrument. You can view the electronic payment details if the payment is through electronic mode. You can also view the account posting information.
The system displays the creation details of the voucher along with the modification history.

What you can do in this activity
Viewing electronic payment details
The information of vouchers in various statuses can be viewed through this activity.
4 Go to “View Voucher” page.
4 View the details.
Viewing electronic payment details
If the payment is made through electronic payment mode, then the electronic payment details can be viewed. The electronic payment mode is enabled only if the “Pay Mode Applicable” parameter has been set to “Yes” at the company level.
4 Go to “Electronic Payments” page.
4 View the ESR and LSV details.
The corresponding Tax calculation details can be viewed.
4 Go to the “Tax Calculation” page.
4 View the relevant details.
