Help On Schedule Number

This page helps you to search and select the transport schedule number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of schedule number, status of the schedule and the operating unit details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected schedule number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Schedule No.” field.

The “Help On Schedule Number” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Section” group box:

Schedule No. From	The starting range of the schedule number from which you wish to retrieve the transport schedule number details.
Schedule No. To	The ending range of the schedule number until which you wish to retrieve the transport schedule number details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the schedule number by which you wish to retrieve the transport schedule number details.
Operating Unit	Use the drop-down list box to select the operating unit by which you wish to retrieve the transport schedule number details.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Schedule No.	The number identifying the schedule for transport.
Status	The status of the schedule.
Vehicle Type	The type of vehicle.
Operating Unit	The operating unit specified in the schedule.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required transport schedule number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected transport schedule number and its details to the required page.
