Help on Lot and Sub Lot Numbers

This page allows you to search and select a lot and sub lot number and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the lot and sub lot number details of the item. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Lot No. / Sub Lot No.” field.
The “Help on Lot and Sub Lot Numbers” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Lot No. From |
The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 28). |

Lot No. To |
The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 28). |
|
Sub Lot No. From |
The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the sub lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 3). |
|
Sub Lot No. To |
The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the sub lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 3). |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
The variant code of the item. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Lot No. |
The number identifying the lot number of the item. |
|
Sub Lot No. |
The number identifying the sub lot number of the item. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a lot and sub lot number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
