Edit Stock Transfer – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select, modify, authorize or delete a stock transfer transaction. Stock transfer transaction records the movement of materials from one warehouse to another or from one zone/bin combination to another zone/bin combination in the same warehouse. Stock transfer can also be done from a capital warehouse to another capital warehouse. Stock transfer transaction can be authorized based on the permissions granted to the user. The user must have requisite “Authorize” permissions to authorize the stock transfer transaction.

The “Select Stock Transfer” page allows you to search and select a stock transfer transaction for modification or deletion. The “Edit Stock Transfer” page allows to modify, authorize and delete the stock transfer transaction. The “Item Information” page allows you to view the details of items. The “Storage Information” page allows you to view information on the warehouse where the items are stored. The  “Lot Information” page allows you to view the lot-related information. The “Serial Information” page allows you to view attribute properties of a serial controlled item along with its reference serial number. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire information on the stock stored in a stocking point or OU. The “View Storage Allocation” page allows you to view the storage category and storage rule in the warehouse. The “View Item Substitutes” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “Warehouse Stock Information” page allows you to inquire information on the stock stored in the warehouse of a stocking point.
