Using online help

This page allows you to search and select a lot and sub lot number and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the warehouse code, the lot and sub lot number details, the manufacturing date, the expiry date, the UOM and the alternate UOM of the item. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.  

The “Help on Lot and Sub Lot Numbers” page appears.

From Lot No

The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 12).

To Lot No

The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 12).

From Sub Lot No

The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the sub lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 12).

To Sub Lot No

The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the sub lot number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 12).

From Manufacturing Date

The starting date identifying the starting manufacturing date of the item. (Date Format).

To Manufacturing Date

The ending date identifying the ending manufacturing date of the item. (Date Format).

From Expiry Date

The starting date identifying the starting expiry date of the item. (Date Format).

To Expiry Date

The ending date identifying the ending expiry date of the item. (Date Format).

UOM

The single unit of measurement of the item. (Alphanumeric, 18).

Alt UOM

The alternate unit of measurement of the item. (Alphanumeric, 18).

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse in which the goods are taken and kept. (Alphanumeric, 18).

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Lot No

The number identifying the lot number of the item.

Sub Lot No

The number identifying the sub lot number of the item.

Zone

The zone in which the goods are taken and kept.

Bin

The bin in which the goods are taken and kept.

Qty

The number identifying the quantity of the item.

Alt Qty

The number identifying the alternate quantity of the item.

Stock Status

The status of the stock available.

Manufacturing Date

The manufacturing date of the item.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the item.
