Select the "Inquire Container Information By Item" activity under the " Stock Maintenance" business component
The “Container Information By Item” page appears.
Enter the following details:

Stocking Point |
Use the drop-down list box to select the stocking point or OU for which you wish to inquire the stock. All the OUs where the “Stock Maintenance” component is deployed will be displayed here in alphabetical order. The system displays the current login OU by default if the login OU is one of the values in the drop-down list box. Else, the system displays the first value from the list. |

Stocking Point Description |
The textual description of the stocking point. |

Enter the following details:

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse. The system checks whether the warehouse is existing and active. The system throws an error if the warehouse code is left blank. |

Warehouse Description |
The textual description of the warehouse. |

Enter the following details:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item (Alphanumeric, 32). This code must be applicable for the selected OU. The system throws an error if the item code is left blank. |

Variant |
The code identifying the variant, if the item code supports variants (Alphanumeric, 8). |

Required UOM |
The unit of measurement in which you wish to inquire the stock details of the item (Alphanumeric, 10). If the stock UOM and required UOM are different, the system retrieves the conversion factor between the required UOM and stock UOM. The system displays an error message if no conversion exists. The system calculates the quantity in required UOM based on the conversion factor when the required UOM is filled up and is different from the stock UOM. The system throws an error if conversion does not exist between required UOM and Stock UOM in both item dependent and item independent conversions. |

Note: If required uom does not allow fractions then the system rounds off the quantity to the nearest integer.

The unit of measurement of the item stored in the warehouse. |

The alternate unit of measurement for the catchweight item. |

The textual description of the item variant. |

Total Accepted Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “Accepted” status in the warehouse |

The total amount of stock in the “Rejected” Status in the warehouse. |

Total Held Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “Held” stock status in the warehouse. |

Container Item Code |
The code identifying the item in the container. |
|
Container ID |
The code identifying the container. |
|
Number of Containers |
The number of containers in the warehouse. |
|
Zone |
The number identifying the zone in the warehouse in which the item is stored. The system displays zone only if the warehouse is normal. If warehouse is free, the system does not display the zone. |
|
Bin |
The number identifying the bin in which the item is stored in the zone. The system displays bin only if the zone is normal. If the zone is free, the system does not display bin. |
|
Quantity |
The total amount of stock quantity in the selected warehouse for the lot / sub lot. |
|
Stock Status |
The stock status of the items stored in the lot. |
|
Lot Number |
The number identifying the lot in the warehouse. |
|
Sub Lot Number |
The number identifying the sub-lot under the lot. |
|
Manufacturing Date |
The date of manufacture of the item. |
|
Expiration Date |
The date of expiry of the item. |
|
Retest Date |
The retest date of the item (Date Format). |
|
Alternate Quantity |
The alternate quantity for a catchweight item. |

Container Item Status |
The status of the item in the container. |
