The “Inquire Pack Stock” page appears.
Enter the following details:

Stocking Point |
Use the drop-down list box to select the stocking point or OU for which you wish to inquire the stock. All the OUs where the “Stock Maintenance” component is deployed will be displayed here in alphabetical order. The system displays the current login OU by default if the login OU is one of the values in the drop-down list box. Else, the system displays the first value from the list. The system throws an error if this field is left blank. |

Stocking Point Description |
The textual description of the stocking point. |

Stock Inquiry For |
Use the drop-down list box to select the stock inquiry for. You may select from “Only Capital Warehouse”, “Including Capital Warehouses”, “Excluding Capital warehouses”. The system throws an error if this field is left blank. |

Required UOM |
The unit of measurement in which you wish to inquire the stock details of the item (Alphanumeric, 10). If the stock UOM and required UOM are different, the system retrieves the conversion factor between the required UOM and stock UOM. The system displays an error message if no conversion exists. The system calculates the quantity in required UOM based on the conversion factor when the required UOM is filled up and it is different from the stock UOM. The system throws an error if conversion does not exist between required UOM and Stock UOM in both item dependent and item independent conversions. |

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse. The system checks whether the warehouse is existing and active. The system throws an error if the warehouse code is left blank. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item (Alphanumeric, 32). This code must be applicable for the selected OU. The system throws an error if the item code is left blank. |

Note: The system displays the sum of all the multiline quantities in the fields in the header.
The system displays the following in the “Stock Information “ group box.

Total Accepted Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “Accepted” status in the warehouse |

Total Rejected Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “Rejected” Status in the warehouse. |
|
Total Held Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “Held” stock status in the warehouse. |
|
Total Allocated Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “Allocated” stock status in the warehouse. |
|
Total In transit Quantity |
The total amount of stock in the “In Transit” stock status in the warehouse. |

Total Quarantine Quantity |
The total amount of stock that are in the “Quarantine” status stock in the warehouses. |

Total Consignment In-Supplier Quantity |
The total quantity of stock in “Consignment in supplier ” stock status in the warehouse. The supplier sends these stocks into the warehouse on consignment basis. |

Total Consignment In-Customer Quantity |
The total quantity of stock in “ Consignment in customer ” stock status in the warehouse. The customer sends these stocks into the warehouse on consignment basis. |

Total Consignment Out-Customer Quantity |
The total quantity of stock in “Consignment out customer ” stock status in the warehouse. The customer receives these stocks from the warehouse on consignment basis |

Total Bill and Hold Quantity |
The total quantity of stock in “Bill-Hold” stock status in the warehouse. |
|
Total Conditionally Accepted Quantity |
The total quantity of stock in “Conditionally Accepted” stock status in the warehouse. |

Pack variant |
The pack variant for the given item . (there can be multiple pack variants for the item) |

Warehouse |
The code identifying the warehouse. |

Zone |
The number identifying the zone in the warehouse in which the item is stored. The system displays zone only if the warehouse is normal. If warehouse is free, the system does not display the zone. |

Bin |
The number identifying the bin in which the item is stored in the zone. The system displays bin only if the zone is normal. If the zone is free, the system does not display bin. |

Accepted Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Accepted” stock status in the warehouse. |

Rejected Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Rejected” stock status in the warehouse. |

Held Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Held” stock status in the warehouse. |

Allocated Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Allocated” stock status in the warehouse. |

In Transit Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “In-Transit” stock status in the warehouse. |

Quarantine Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Quarantine” stock status in the warehouse. |

Consignment In -supplier Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Consignment in supplier ” stock status in the warehouse. The supplier sends these stocks into the warehouse on consignment basis. |

Consignment In -Customer Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “ Consignment in customer ” stock status in the warehouse. The customer sends these stocks into the warehouse on consignment basis. |

Consignment Out -Customer Quantity |
The quantity of stock in “Consignment out customer ” stock status in the warehouse. The customer receives these stocks from the warehouse on consignment basis. |

Consignment Out - Customer Alternate Quantity |
The alternate quantity of stock in “Consignment out customer ” stock status in the warehouse for a catchweight item. The customer receives these stocks from the warehouse on consignment basis. |
