This page allows you to search and select a process id and transfer the details to the field where it is required.
You can search for a process id by specifying the process id, process date, analysis type and item code details as the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the process ids. The selected process id is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Process ID” field.
The “Help on Process ID” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Process ID From |
The starting number in the range of process numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 20). You can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Process ID To |
The ending number in the range of process numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 20). The system lists all the numbers that are lesser than the value entered here. |
Analysis Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the analysis for which the records are to be fetched. |
Process Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the process details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date. The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |
Process Date To |
The ending date in the range of dates till which the process details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater than or equal to the value entered in the “Process Date From” field. |
Item Code From |
The starting number in the range of item numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 32). You can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Item Code To |
The ending number in the range of item numbers till which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 32). |
Item Description |
The textual description of the item. (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:
Process ID |
The identification number of the process. |
Process Date |
The date of creation of the process id. |
Analysis Type |
The type of the analysis. |
Warehouse Code/OU |
The code identifying the warehouse/OU. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required process id.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the required details to the main page.
