View Statistics – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to view the statistics of a stocking point or warehouse for a selected financial year or period. You can specify whether you wish to view the statistics for a warehouse or a stocking point. This activity also facilitates you to specify whether the statistics needs to be viewed for a given financial year or period.

The system lists only those financial years and corresponding financial periods for which update statistics have been completed.  This activity thereby enables you to view the financial period closing quantity and value as calculated in the “Update Statistics” activity. You can also view the period opening quantity and value, Opening balance qty and value, receipt quantity and value, issue quantity and value, adjustment quantity and value, return quantity and value and stock transfer in/out quantity and value. If there is change in standard cost, then you can view the revaluation value of the stock.
