This page allows you to define bins under a zone. A bin is an area under the zone that can be specifically allocated for the storage of a particular item. Bins can be defined under a zone only if the warehouse type and zone type is “Normal” and the warehouse status and zone status is “Active”. You can enter a unique code identifying the bin (within the zone) along with its description. You can also specify the picking priority for the various bins in the zone. This page is deployed only if there exists atleast one zone of “Normal” type and “Active” status in the specified “Active” and “Normal” type warehouse. This page will not be launched if the warehouse is in “Inactive” status, does not exist in the login OU or if the storage type is “Free”.
