This page allows you to modify the properties that are already defined for a warehouse. A warehouse can store a variety of items, in different stock statuses and also various types of receipts, issues and returns are possible on those items. You can modify the item types allowed, stock statuses allowed, and transactions allowed in the warehouse, using this page.
For capital warehouses with all stock statuses allowed, the stock status permissible field will be set as “Yes” and “Consignment” stock status will be set as “No”. For non-capital warehouses with all stock statuses allowed, the stock status permissible field will be set as “Yes”. If the warehouse is of type “Capital”, the system checks whether all receipt and inventory issue transactions are allowed. If the warehouse is of type “Capital”, then the system checks whether all item types are allowed at the launch of the page.
