View Warehouse Information

This page allows you to view the warehouse information. This page allows you to view the details of the warehouse, such as warehouse code, warehouse description, storage type, supervisor of the warehouse, finance book, allocation method, site code, and address details. You can view whether the selected warehouse is “Nettable” or a “Capital Warehouse.

Select “View Warehouse Information” link at the bottom of the “Edit Stock Transfer” page.

The “View Warehouse Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Status	The status of the warehouse.
	Zoom facility available
Warehouse Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code of the warehouse.
Warehouse Desc.	The description of the warehouse.
	Zoom facility available
WH Transaction Type	The type of transaction Warehouse, which could be “Trading Stock”, “Manufacturing”, “Commercial” or “Capital”.
Storage Type	Storage type of the warehouse.
Supervisor	The employee code of the person who is in charge of the warehouse.
Finance Book	The finance book to which the warehouse belongs.
Allocation Method	The method of storage allocation followed in the warehouse.
	Zoom facility available
Site Code	A code identifying the location of the site.
Site Desc.	The description of the site.

The system displays the following in the “Address” group box:

Address	The address of the warehouse.
	Zoom facility available
City	The city where the warehouse is located.
	Zoom facility available
State	The state where the warehouse is located.
	Zoom facility available
Zip Code	The postal code of the warehouse.
Country	The country where the warehouse is located.
	Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields:

Nettable	Identifies the warehouse as “Nettable”. The items in this warehouse will be considered for MRP run.
Allow All Item Types	Allows storage of all types of items.
Capital Warehouse	Identifies the warehouse as “Capital”. The items stored in this warehouse can be capitalized.
Allow All Transactions	Allows all transactions.
Allow All Stock Status	Allows storage of items in all stock statuses.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Warehouse Properties” link at the bottom of the page to view the properties of the warehouse.
Select the “View Zone Information” link at the bottom of the page to view zone information.

The system displays the following fields:

Created By	The name of the person who created the warehouse information.
Created Date	The date on which the warehouse information is created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the warehouse information.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the warehouse information was last modified.
