Help On Supplier Address ID

This Help page allows you to search and select an address ID and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the supplier code, name, contact person, address ID, city, zip, country and state of the supplier. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Address ID” field.
The “Help On Supplier Address ID” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Supplier Code |
The code identifying the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Name |
The name identifying the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 32). |
|
Contact Person |
The name identifying the contact person. (Alphanumeric, 32). |
|
Address ID |
The code identifying the address of the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
City |
The name identifying the city of the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 32). |
|
Zip |
The zip code of the city of the supplier. (Integer). |
|
Country |
The name identifying the country of the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 32). |

State |
The name identifying the state of the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 32). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Supplier Code |
The code identifying the supplier. |

Name |
The name identifying the supplier. |
|
Address ID |
The code identifying the address of the supplier. |
|
Contact Person |
The name identifying the contact person. |
|
Address 1 - 3 |
The address of the supplier. |

City |
The name identifying the city of the supplier. |
|
Zip |
The zip code of the city of the supplier. |

State |
The name identifying the state of the supplier. |
|
Country |
The name identifying the country of the supplier. |
|
Fax |
The fax number of the supplier. |
|
Phone |
The phone number of the supplier. |
|
|
The e-mail ID of the supplier. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the supplier Address ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
