Site Specific Requirement
This page allows you to specify the site specific requirement details. If this page is launched from Maintain Cost Sheet, the cost sheet no, amendment no, cost sheet status and material tab will be displayed. If this page is launched from Maintain Service Contract, the contract no, amendment no, contract status, material tab and resource attribute tab will be displayed.
Select the “Site Specific Requirement” link from “Maintain Cost Sheet” or “Maintain Service contract”
The “Site Specific Requirement” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes
you to the help page of the respective field.
In the header the mandatory fields are represented as bold and in the multiline the mandatory columns are either bold or displayed in a color other than black.
The system displays the following in the header:

Cost Sheet No. |
The number identifying the cost sheet. |

Amendment No. |
The amendment number of the cost sheet. |
|
Cost Sheet Status |
The status of the cost sheet. |
Note: The above fields will be displayed if this page is launched from “Maintain Cost Sheet” page.
The system displays the following in the header:

The number identifying the contract. |

Contract Status |
The status of the contract. |

Click the “Material” tab.
Enter the following in the multiline:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item . Both the stockable and service items are allowed. |

Variant Code |
The code identifying the variant . |
The system displays the following in the multiline:

Item Description |
The detailed description of the item code. |
Enter the following in the multiline:

Quantity |
The quantity of the item required . |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item. |
|
Rate |
The rate applicable for the item. |
Click the “Resource-Attribute” tab.
Note: The “Resource-Attribute” tab will be displayed only if this page is launched from “Maintain Service Contract” page.

The line number of the contract. |

Ops. Unit |
The operational unit of the Site Id. |

Site ID |
The identification code of the site. |
|
Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
The code identifying the variant. |

Item Description |
The description of the item-variant. |
Enter the following in the multiline:

Shift Restriction |
Use the drop-down list box to select the shift allocated for the resource. The combo is loaded with the values “8Hr” and “12Hr”. The system displays “8Hr” by default. |

Gender |
Use the drop-down list box to select the gender of the employee. The combo is loaded with the values “Male” and “Female”. The system displays “Male” by default. |
|
Height |
The height of the employee. |
|
Weight |
The weight of the employee. |
|
Marital Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the marital status of the employee. The combo is loaded with the values “Married” and “Unmarried”. The system displays “Married” by default. |

Military Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the military status of the employee. The combo is loaded with the values “Ex-Serviceman” and “General”. The system displays “General” by default. |

Smoker |
Check this box if the employee is a smoker. |
|
Vegetarian |
Check this box if the employee is a vegetarian. |
|
Children |
Check this box if the employee has children. |
|
Home State |
The home state of the employee. |

Include Home State |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether to include home state or not. The combo is loaded with the values “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “Yes” by default. |

Qualifications |
The qualification of the employee. |
|
Languages Known |
The languages known by the employee. |
|
Training Undergone |
The training undergone by the employee. |
|
Previous Experience |
The previous experience of the employee. |
|
Special Skill Detail |
The special skill details of the employee. |
|
Age |
The age of the employee. |
|
Religion |
The religion of the employee. |
|
Include Religion |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether to include the religion or not. The combo is loaded with the values “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “Yes” by default. |

Personal Habit |
Any information related to the personal habit of the employee. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the site requirement details.
The system saves the site requirement details against a Cost Sheet or a Contract
