Help on RFQ

This page allows you to search and select the RFQ and transfer the details to the required field. You can search the RFQ number by specifying search details. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. You can select the RFQ number from the multiline and click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “RFQ No.” field.

The “Help on RFQ” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the RFQ :

From RFQ No.	The RFQ number from which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
To RFQ No.	The RFQ number until which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the RFQ by which you want to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with the values “Fresh” and “Quoted”.
From RFQ Date	The RFQ date from which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
To RFQ Date	The RFQ date until which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Surveyor Name	The name of the surveyor by which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer code by which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Customer Name	The name of the customer by which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Customer Doc. No	The document number of the customer number by which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Opportunity ID.	The opportunity ID by which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
Sales Person Name	The name of the sales person by which you want to retrieve the RFQ details.
RFQ Raised By	The name of the person who raised the RFQ.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

RFQ No.	The number identifying the RFQ.
RFQ Date	The date on which the RFQ is created.
Status	The status of the RFQ.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Customer Doc. No.	The reference document number of the customer.
RFQ Raised By	The name of the employee who raised the RFQ.
Sales Person Name	The name of the sales person.
Surveyor Name	The name of the surveyor.
Opportunity ID.	The opportunity ID of the RFQ.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the RFQ number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
