Set Function Parameter

This activity allows you to create the function parameter details.

Select the “Set Function Parameters” activity under the “Sales of Services” business component.

The “Set Function Parameter” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

In the header the mandatory fields are represented as bold and in the multiline the mandatory columns are either bold or displayed in a color other than black.

Enter the following details in the “Default Section” group box:

Default Sale Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the sale type of the service. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in Sales category activity against the category Sale Type. The system displays blank by default.
Default FB	Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book of the service. The combo is loaded with the values of all the finance books for the OU. The system displays blank by default.
Default Pay Term	The pay term of the service. If the pay term does not exist, the system throws an error message.
Default Numbering Type For RFQ No.	Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for RFQ number. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in numbering type of document for RFQ in Sale of Service component. The system displays blank by default.
Default Numbering Type For Cost Sheet No.	Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for cost sheet number. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in numbering type of document for cost sheet number in Sale of Service component.
Default Numbering Type For Site Assessment No.	Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for the site assessment number. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in numbering type of document for site assessment number in Sale of Service component.
Default Numbering Type For Contract No.	Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for the contract number. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in numbering type of document for contract number in Sale of Service component.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the set function parameter details.

The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:

Created By	The name of the user who created the function parameter details.
Created Date	The date on which the function parameter details is created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the function parameter details.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the function parameter details was last modified.
