Help on Document No.

This page helps you to search and select the document number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of document number, code and name. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected document number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Document No.” field.
The “Help on Document No.” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

From Document No. |
The starting range of the document number until which you wish to retrieve the document details. |

To Document No. |
The ending range of the document number until which you wish to retrieve the document details. |
|
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the document status by which you wish to retrieve the document number details. |
|
User Code From |
The starting range of code from which you wish to retrieve the document number details. |
|
User Code To |
The ending range of code until which you wish to retrieve the document number details. |
|
Name |
The document name by which you wish to retrieve the document details. |
|
Settlement Upto |
The date until which the settlement has been made. |
Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Document No. |
A unique number identifying the settlement. |
|
User Code |
A unique code identifying the driver / equipment operator. |
|
Name |
The name of the driver / equipment operator. |
|
Settlement Upto |
The date until which the settlement is made. |
|
Status |
The status of the document number. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required document number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected document number and its details to the required page.
