Help on Codes

This page allows you to search and select the codes and transfer the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the code, description and status in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned along the code types available in various transaction.

The “Help on Codes” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with the site or restriction codes.
Code	A unique code identifying the site or restriction code for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Description	The detailed description of the code for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the code. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Active” and “Inactive”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.
Default	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the code is set as default or not. The combo is loaded with “No” and “yes”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the code details.

For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the code details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Result” multiline.

Code	A unique code identifying the site or restriction code.
Description	The detailed description of the site or restriction code.
Default	Indicates whether the code is set as default or not.
Status	The status of the code. The status can be either “Active” or “Inactive”.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the code details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the code details to the main page.
