Select Usage Log

Select the "Usage Log” activity under the “Transport Log” business component.
The “Select usage Log” page appears.
Note: 
Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria”:

Plan No. From |
The starting range of the Plan number for which you wish to record the equipment log details. |
|
Plan No. To |
The ending range of the plan number for which you wish to record the equipment log details. |
|
Plan Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the plan status. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Confirmed”, “Cancelled”, “Deleted”, “Fresh” and “Under Amendment”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Equipment No. |
A unique number identifying the equipment for which you wish to record the log details. |
|
Equipment Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment type for which you wish to record the log details. The combo is loaded with the equipment types defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. |

Supplier Code |
A unique code identifying the supplier associated with the equipment. |
|
Equipment Log No. |
A unique number identifying the equipment log for which you wish to search and record the equipment log details. |
|
Equipment Log Date |
The date on which the equipment log was created. |
|
Usage Location |
The usage location associated with the equipment request for which you wish to search and record the details. |
|
Project Code |
A unique code identifying the project. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Equipment Log No. |
A unique number identifying the equipment log. You can launch the Equipment Log No hyperlink and modify the existing Equipment Log Number if required. |

Equipment Log Date |
The date on which the equipment log was created. |
|
Plan No. |
A unique number identifying the planning number. You can launch the Equipment Log No page with the Plan No hyperlink and create a New Equipment Log No. |

Plan Line No. |
A unique number identifying the line level details of the Vehicle Plan. |
|
Request No. |
A unique number identifying the equipment request. |
|
Request Line No. |
A unique number identifying the line level details of the request. |
|
Equipment No. |
A unique number identifying the equipment number. |
|
Equipment Type |
Indicates the equipment type defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. |
|
Supplier Code |
A unique code identifying the supplier associated with the equipment. |
