Help On Trip No.

This page helps you to search and select the trip number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of trip number, the range of date on which the trip is made, status of the trip, the vehicle number and the driver details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected trip number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Trip No” field.

The “Help On Trip No.” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

From Trip No.	The starting range of the trip number from which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
To Trip No.	The ending range of the trip number until which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Trip Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the trip status by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
From Location	The starting range of location from which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
To Location	The ending range of location until which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Trip Plan No.	The number identifying the trip plan by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Trip From Date	The starting date range of trip from which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Trip To Date	The ending date range of trip until which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Vehicle No.	The number identifying the vehicle by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Driver Code	The code identifying the driver of the vehicle by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Driver Name	The name of the driver by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Vehicle Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle type by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Route No.	The number identifying the route by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Source OU	Use the drop-down list box to select the source OU by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.
Destination OU	Use the drop-down list box to select the destination OU by which you wish to retrieve the trip number details.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Trip Plan No.	The number identifying the trip plan.
Trip No.	The number identifying the trip.
Trip No. Date	The date on which the trip number is created.
Vehicle No.	The number identifying the vehicle.
Vehicle Type	The type of vehicle.
From Location	The starting location of the trip.
To Location	The ending location of the trip.
Trip Status	The status of the trip.
Vehicle Owner	The owner of the vehicle.
Driver Code	The code identifying the driver of the vehicle.
Driver Name	The name of the driver.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required trip number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected trip number and its details to the required page.
