Permits and Restrictions

This hyperlink allows you to define the site restrictions and also to view the permits, Route restrictions, which are applicable to the Route No.(s) and Vehicle No.(s) of the respective Trip No..

Select the “Site Permits and Restrictions” hyperlink in the “Trip Plan” page.

The “Permits and Restrictions” page appears.

Note: Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Select the following in the header:

Vehicle No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle number.

The system displays the following details in the header.

Route No.	A unique number identifying the route mapped to the vehicle.
Trip No.	A unique number identifying the trip.
Trip Status	The trip status. The status of the trip can be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Closed” or “Under amendment”.

Site Restrictions

Enter the following in the “Site Restrictions” tab:

Site Restriction No.

A unique number identifying the site restriction. This should be in “Active” status.

The system displays the following details in the “Site Restrictions” tab.

Site Code	A unique code identifying the site.
Site Description	The detailed description of the site.
Project Code	A unique code identifying the project.
Restriction Type	The restriction type applicable to the site.
Restriction Code	A unique code identifying the restriction.
Restriction Description	The detailed description of the restriction.
From Date	The starting date range from which the site restriction is applicable.
To Date	The ending date range until which the site restriction is applicable.
Start Time	The starting time from which the restriction is applicable.
End Time	The ending time until which the restriction is applicable.
Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the site restrictions.

Permit Details

The system displays the following details in the “Permit Details” tab.

Permit No.	A unique number identifying the permit no. applicable for the route and the vehicle
Permit Type	The permit type applicable to the route and the vehicle.
Permit Description	The detailed description of the permit.
Issued By	The name of the authority who issued the permit.
Valid From	The date from which the route or vehicle permit is valid.
Valid Until	The date until which the route or vehicle permit is valid.
Permit Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the permit details.

Route Restrictions

The system displays the following details in the “Route Restrictions” tab.

Restriction Type	The restriction type applicable to the route. The restriction type can be “Permit” or “Restrict”.
Code	A unique code identifying the restriction.
Description	The detailed description of the restriction.
From Location	The origin location from where the restriction starts.
To Location	The destination location where the restriction ends.
From Date	The date from which the restriction is applicable to the route.
To Date	The date until which the restriction is applicable to the route.
From Time	The time from which the restriction is applicable to the route.
To Time	The time until which the restriction is applicable to the route.
Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the route restriction.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.

The site restriction details are saved against the vehicle /trip no.
