Help on Route
This page allows you to search and select the route details and transfer the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the starting and ending range of the route numbers, vehicle type, the description of the route, created at OU, the starting and ending range of the location, vehicle group, vehicle type and the route status in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Route No” field.
The “Help on Route” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

From Route No |
The starting range of the route number from which you wish to retrieve the details. |

To Route No |
The ending range of the route number upto which you wish to retrieve the details. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the route status for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Fresh”, “Active”, “Deleted”, “Under Amendment” and “Inactive”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

The detailed description of the route. |

From Location |
Indicates the origin location associated with the route number. |

To Location |
The destination location associated with the route number. |

Vehicle Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle group for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with all the values defined in the “Maintain Code” activity. The system displays “all” by default on launch of the page. |

Vehicle Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle type for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with all the values defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Created at OU |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit at which the route number is created. |
|
L/E Flag |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether route will allow “Loaded” or “Empty” or “Both” vehicle. The system displays “Both” by default on launch of the page. |

ODC Flag |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether the route will allow over dimensional cargo. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the route details.
For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the route details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Result” multiline.

A unique number identifying the route. |

The detailed description of the route. |

From Location |
Indicates the origin location associated with the route number. |

To Location |
The destination location associated with the route number. |

Vehicle Group |
The vehicle group applicable for the route. |

Vehicle Type |
The vehicle type applicable for the route. |

L/E Flag |
Indicates the route will allow the vehicle that is loaded or empty or both. |

ODC Flag |
Indicates whether the route will allow over dimensional cargo. |
|
Status |
The status of the route number. The status can be “Fresh” or “Active” or “Deleted” or “Under Amendment” or “Inactive”. |

Created at OU |
Indicates the organization unit at which the route number is created. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the route details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the route details to the main page.
