Help on Site Restriction

This page allows you to search and select the site restriction details and transfer the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the starting and ending range of the site restriction number, restriction status, restriction type, the description of the restriction, starting and ending range of the project code where the restriction is applicable, created at OU, the starting and ending range of the restriction time in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned along the “Site Restriction No.” field.

The “Help on Site Restriction” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

From Site Restriction No	The starting range of the site restriction number from which you wish to retrieve the details.
To Site Restriction No	The ending range of the site restriction number upto which you wish to retrieve the details.
Restriction Status	Use the drop-down list box to select restriction status for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Active”, “Deleted”, “Fresh”, “Inactive” and “Under Amendment”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.
From Project Code	The starting range of the project code for which site restriction is applicable.
To Project Code	The ending range of the project code for which site restriction is applicable.
Restriction Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the restriction type for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with “Permit” and “Restrict”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.
From Restriction Date	The starting date range of the restriction validity from which you wish to retrieve the details.
To Restriction Date	The ending date range of the restriction validity upto which you wish to retrieve the details.
Site Code	A unique code identifying the project site for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Restriction Start Time	The starting time range of the restriction applicable to the site for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Restriction End Time	The ending time range of the restriction applicable to the site for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Created at OU	Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit at which the restriction details was created for which you wish to retrieve the details.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the site restriction details.

For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the site restriction details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Result” multiline.

Site Restriction No.	A unique number identifying the site restriction number.
Site Code	A unique code identifying the project site.
Site Description	The detailed description of the site.
Project Code	A unique code identifying the project for which the site restriction is applicable.
Restriction Type	The restriction type applicable for the site. The restriction type can be either “Permit” or “Restrict”.
Restriction Code	A unique code identifying the restriction applicable for the site.
Restriction Description	A detailed description of the site restriction.
From Date	The date from which the restriction to the site is applicable.
To Date	The date until which the restriction to the site is applicable. This date should be greater than the From Restriction Date.
Start Time	Indicates the time of the day from which the restriction to the site is applicable.
End Time	Indicates the time of the day until which the restriction to the site is applicable.
Status	The status of the site restriction number. The status can be “Fresh” or “Active” or “Inactive” or “Under Amendment” or “Deleted”.
Created at OU	Indicates the organization unit at which the site restriction number is created.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the site restriction details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the site restriction details to the main page.
