Help On Serial No

This page helps you to search and select the serial number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of item code, the type of item, the item variant and the warehouse details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected serial number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Item Sr.No.” field.

The “Help On Serial No” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Item Code From	The starting range of the item code from which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Item Code To	The ending range of the item code until which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Description	The description of the item code by which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Item Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the item type by which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Variant Code	The code identifying the item variant by which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Serial No From	The starting range of the serial number from which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Serial No To	The ending range of the serial number until which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Warehouse Code	The code identifying the warehouse by which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Lot No From	The starting range of the lot number from which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.
Lot No To	The ending range of the lot number from which you wish to retrieve the serial number details.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Serial No	The serial number of the item.
Lot No.	The lot number of the item.
Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The code identifying the item variant.
Item Desc	The description of the item.
Item Type	The type of item.
Warehouse Code	The code identifying the warehouse in which the items are stored.
Zone	The code identifying the zone of the warehouse.
Bin	The code identifying the bin of the warehouse.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required serial number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected serial number and its details to the required page.
