Help On Planning Number

Help On Planning No.

This page helps you to search and select the planning number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the details of planning number, the date on which the planning is done, the project code and the location details of the requested vehicle/equipment. You can also specify the requestor details, the vehicle/equipment number and the requested type of vehicle/equipment. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected planning number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Planning No.” field.

The “Help on Planning No.” page appears.

Enter the following details in the header:

Planning No. From	The starting range of the planning number from which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Planning No. To	The ending range of the planning number until which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Planning Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the planning status by which you wish to retrieve the plan details. The combo is loaded with “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Under Amendment”, “Deleted” and “Cancelled”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.
Planning Date From	The starting date of the planning from which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Planning Date To	The ending date of the planning until which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Project Code	The code identifying the project by which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
From Location	The starting range of the location from which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
To Location	The ending range of the location from which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Requestor	The name of the requestor by which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Req. From Date	The starting date of the request from which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Req. To Date	The ending date of the request until which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Vehicle / Equipment No.	The unique number of the vehicle / equipment by which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Request No. From	The starting range of the request number from which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Request No. To	The ending range of the request number until which you wish to retrieve the plan details.
Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type by which you wish to retrieve the plan details. The combo is loaded with all the values defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Planning No.	The number identifying the planning.
Date	The date on which the planning number is created.
From Location	The location from which the vehicle / equipment is requested.
To Location	The location until which the vehicle / equipment is requested.
Requested Date	The date on which the vehicle / equipment is requested.
Requestor	The name of the requestor.
Project Code	The code identifying the project.
Vehicle / Equipment No.	The unique number identifying the vehicle/equipment.
Type	The vehicle / equipment type as defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity.
Request No.	The requested number of the vehicle / equipment.
Planning Status	The status of the planning number. The status can be “Fresh” or “Confirmed” or “Under Amendment” or “Deleted” or “Cancelled”.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required planning number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected planning number and its details to the required page.
