Help On Reference Document

This page helps you to search and select the reference document for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of document number, the range of date on which the document is created, status of the document, type of document, the vehicle number and the driver details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected reference document with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Ref. Doc. No.” field.

The “Help On Reference Document” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Document Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the document type by which you wish to retrieve the reference document details. The system displays “Vehicle Planning” by default on launch of the page.
Document No From	The starting range of the document number from which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Document No To	The ending range of the document number until which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the document by which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Document Date From	The starting date of the document number from which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Document Date To	The ending date of the document number until which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Vehicle No.	The number identifying the vehicle specified in the document by which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Driver Code	The code identifying the driver by which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.
Driver Name	The name of the driver by which you wish to retrieve the reference document details.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Document No	The number identifying the reference document.
Document Date	The date on which the reference document is created.
Document Type	The reference document type of the trip.
Status	The status of the reference document.
Trip Plan No	The number identifying the trip plan.
Driver Code	The code identifying the driver.
Driver Name	The name of the driver.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required reference document.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected reference document number and its details to the required page.
