Help On Trip Plan
This page helps you to search and select the trip plan number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of trip plan number, the range of date on which the trip plan is done, status of the trip and the route number. You can also specify the reference document details. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected trip plan number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Trip Plan No.” field.
The “Help On Trip Plan” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Section” group box:

From Trip Plan No. |
The starting range of the trip plan number from which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. |

To Trip Plan No. |
The ending range of the trip plan number until which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. |

Trip Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the trip status by which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Confirmed”, “Deleted”, “Fresh”, “Short Closed” and “Under Amendment”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

From Date |
The starting date of the trip plan number from which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. |

To Date |
The ending date of the trip plan number until which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. |

Route No. |
The number identifying the route by which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. |

Ref.Doc.Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of reference document by which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. The combo is loaded with “Blank” and “Vehicle Planning”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Reference Doc No |
The number identifying the reference document by which you wish to retrieve the trip plan details. |
Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

The number identifying the trip plan. |

Trip Plan Date |
The date on which the trip plan is done. |
|
Ref. Doc. No. |
The number identifying the reference document. |
|
Ref Doc Type |
The reference document type of the trip. |
|
Trip Status |
The status of the trip plan. The status can be “Confirmed” or “Deleted” or “Fresh” or “Short Closed” or “Under Amendment”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required trip plan number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected trip plan number and its details to the required page.
