Basics of using Ramco Enterprise Series webpage

Using Online Help

This page allows you to search and select the equipment request details and transfer the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the starting and ending range of request number, request status, starting and ending date range of equipment requirement, request date, Usage Location, Location Person In-Charge, Equipment Type, Project Code and Project OU in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

The “Help On Equipment Request” page appears.

From Request No.

The starting range of the Equipment Request Number from which you wish to search and transfer the details.

To Request No.

The ending range of the Equipment Request Number until which you wish to search and transfer the details.

Request Status

The equipment request status, for which you wish to search and transfer the details. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Amended”, “Confirmed”, “Cancelled”, “Deleted”, “Fresh” and “Under Amendment”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.

From Required Date

The starting date range of the equipment requirement from which you wish to search and transfer the details.

To Required Date

The ending date range of the equipment requirement until which you wish to search and transfer the details.

Request Date

The date on which the request was raised.

Usage Location

The location where the equipment will be used for which you wish to search and transfer the details.

Location Person In-Charge

The person who is in-charge of the location where the equipment will be used for which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

Equipment Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment type for which you to search and transfer the details.

Project Code

A unique code identifying the project for which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

Project OU

Use the drop-down list box to select the project organization unit for which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

Show Line Details

Select the check box if you wish to search the line level details of the equipment request details.

For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the Equipment Request Number details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Result” multiline.

Request No.

A unique number identifying the equipment request.

Line No.

A unique number identifying the equipment line level request.

Request Date

The date on which the request was raised.

Usage Location

The location where the equipment will be used.

Equipment Type

The equipment type defined in the “TMS Common Masters” Component.

Required From Date

The starting date range from which the equipment was requested.

Required To Date

The ending date range until which the equipment was requested.

Project Code

A unique code identifying the project.

Project OU

The Organization Unit to which the project belongs.

Request Status

The equipment request status. The status can be “Fresh” or “Confirmed” or “Under Amendment” or “Cancelled” or “Deleted”.
