Help On Declaration Year

This page helps you to search and select a declaration year for fetching the same to the field where it is required.

You can search by selecting just the status or by specifying a range of dates for the declaration year. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The system retrieves and displays the list of declaration years and details along with their status.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Declaration Year” field.

The “Help On Declaration Year” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the declaration year:

Declaration Year From

The declaration year to start a range for the search. Optional. If this field is left blank, system searches all the declaration years from the earliest date available in it.

The end declaration year to define the range for the search. Optional. If this field is left blank the system will search all the declaration years till the present.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the required status

Status can be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Active”, “Declared”, or, “Closed”.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results:

The system retrieves and displays details in the following fields in the “Declaration Year Details” multiline, based on the entered search criteria:

Declaration Year	The declaration year code
Desc.	The description relating to the declaration calendar.
Start Date	The start date of the declaration year
End Date	The end date of the declaration year.
Status	The status of the declaration year

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline against the row of the required declaration year code to select the year.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to fetch the selected declaration year to the required field.
