Help On Tax Region

This page helps you to search and select a tax region for fetching the tax region to the field where it is required.

You can search by selecting the search criteria by specifying values of: tax type, tax community, and tax region type or by specifying a range for the tax region.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Tax Region.” Field.

The “Help On Tax Region” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search:

Tax Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type for example VAT, and TDS.
Tax Community	Use the drop-down list box to select the tax community for example India, USA and EU.
Tax Region Type	Use the drop-down list to select the required tax region type from, CIRCLE, COUNTRY, FACTORY, STATE, WARD
Tax Region From	The tax region code from which you require the search to start (Alphanumeric, 10).
To	The end of the range of search (Alphanumeric, 10).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the entered search criteria:

Tax Type	The type of tax such as VAT, TDS.
Tax Region	The name of the place where the tax is required to be declared.
Desc.	Textual description of the tax region.
Registration No.	Tax registration number relating to the region.
From Date	The date from which the region is available for transaction.
Tax Region Type	CIRCLE, COUNTRY, FACTORY, STATE, WARD
Tax Community	The name of the government authority that administers the tax laws.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required tax region.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to fetch the selected tax region to the field where it is required.
