View Declaration Year Details - Region

This page allows you to view the declaration year details such as declaration year, description, start date, end date, and status. A link at the bottom of this page will take you to the “View Declaration Period Details - Region” page
Select the “View Declaration Year Details” link under the “Tax Setup” Business component.
The “View Declaration Year Details - Region” page appears.
Enter the following fields:

Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type. All the tax types to which tax regions are created will appear in the list. |

Tax Region |
Use the drop-down list box to select the tax region for which you require to view declaration year details. The region codes relating to the tax type code you chose will appear in the drop-down list box. |
The system displays in the following fields in the “Declaration Year Details” multiline, the Declaration year details relating to the tax type – tax region combination selected by you:

Declaration year |
The code identifying the declaration year. |
|
Desc. |
The textual description pertaining to the declaration year (Alphanumeric, 100). |
|
Start Date |
The starting date of the declaration year. The start date is 1 day plus the end date of the preceding declaration year |
|
End Date |
The ending date of the declaration year. |
|
Status |
Status of the declaration year can be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive” “Closed” or |
You can also view transpose of a row in the multiline by clicking the row number.
To proceed, carry out the following
Check the box in the “Select” column of the “Declaration Year Details” multiline to view the declaration periods.
Select the “View Declaration Period Details - Region” link at the bottom of the page to view the declaration period details.
