Maintain Movement Tracking Regulatory Documents

This activity allows you to Record the Masters for the Movement Tracking Registers.
Select the “Maintain Movement Tracking Regulatory Documents” link under the “Tax Setup” business component.
The “Maintain Movement Tracking Regulatory Documents” page appears.
Enter the details in the following fields:

Tax Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the tax type. The combo would be loaded with Tax types for which, Inward Road Permit Applicability / Originating Stamp Applicability is set to Yes in Set tax type parameter of Maintain tax type tax community activity. |

Tax Community |
The tax community displayed with India. |
|
Tax Region |
Use the drop down list box to select the tax Region for which Inward Road Permit Applicability / Originating Stamp Mandatory is set to yes in the region masters. |

Form Type |
Use the down list box to select the Form type for which the Form No. details to be recorded. The combo would be loaded with Originating Stamp and Inward Road Permit based on the Mandatory value set for the tax type, tax community and tax region combination. |
Enter the following fields to modify the already recorded form details:

Series No. |
The Series No. of the Originating Stamp / Inward Road Permit |

Form No. From |
The Starting range of the Form No., from which the forms to be retrieved for modification. |

To |
The Ending range of the Form No., up to which the forms to be retrieved for modification. |
Execute Get Details push button to retrieve the already saved form details for modification.
Enter the following fields to generate the form no.

The Starting range of the Form No., from which the forms to be generated. |

To |
The Ending range of the Form No., up to which the forms to be generated. |
Execute Generate Form No.(s) push button to generate the Form Nos. for updation.
Enter the following fields to default the form details.

Series No. |
The Series No. of the Originating Stamp / Inward Road Permit |

Party Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the party type to be defaulted in the Multiline. The combo would be loaded with Supplier and Customer and defaulted with supplier. |

Party Code |
The party code to be defaulted. The party code can be supplier code / customer code based on the party type. |
Execute Default push button to default the series No., Party Type and Party code
Enter the following fields in the Form details Multiline.

Form Receipt Date |
The Date in which the Forms were received from the Government |
|
Series No. |
The Series No. of the Originating Stamp / Inward Road Permit |
|
Form No. |
The Unique Form No., identifying the Originating Stamp / Inward Road Permit. |

Party Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the party type to be defaulted in the Multiline. The combo would be loaded with Supplier and Customer and defaulted with supplier. |

Party Code |
The party code to whom the form is issued. |
|
Form Issue Date |
The Date in which the Forms were issued to the party |
Execute Save push button to save the form details.
The system displays the following fields in the Summary of Forms.

Total No. of Forms |
The Total No. of forms received from the Government till date. |
|
Issued |
The Total No. of forms issued to the party. (in case of Originating Stamp) |
|
Issued but not Received |
The Total No. of forms issued to the party but not received back. (in case of Inward Road Permit) |
|
Issued and Received |
The Total No. of forms issued to the party and received back. (in case of Inward Road Permit) |
|
Balance in hand |
Balance No. of Forms unissued to the party. |
