Using online help

The “Record Form Details” page appears.

Mode

Use the drop down list box to select the Mode. The combo would be loaded with Update and Print.

  • Update - Indicates the form details are updated in the system.

  • Print - Indicates for printing the C / F / H / 11 Forms tracking registers.

Note: “Mode” control is visible when the PPS parameter "Printing Forms C, F, H Registers" is set to Yes.

Tax Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type, Mandatory.

The system loads the combo with CST and VAT, if applicable for the company

Tax Community

The geographical location where the Tax Type selected is attracted.

Form Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the required type of Form of declaration. The system displays any or all of the following metadata values as options based on the selection of the Tax Type:

  • ‘C’ – applicable for CST

  • ‘H’ – applicable for CST and VAT

  • ‘F’ – applicable for CST and VAT

  • '11' - Applicable for VAT

Trade Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of trade. The combo would be loaded with Purchase and Sales. The system displays by default ‘Sales’ on launch of the page.

Finance Book

Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book. Finance book is mapped to the OU. If more than one value are in the list, the first value will be displayed on launch of the page.

Tax Region

Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax region. The system displays “All” on launch of the page as default, on selecting the tax type the tax regions set for the tax type are loaded in the list. Tax region is the place where the tax declaration is made.

Transaction Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of transaction. The system displays the value “All” on launch of the page. The list contains all the transaction types pertaining to the trade type selected and for which ‘Tax Settlement’ applicability is set as ‘Yes’.

Transaction Number From

The transaction number, from which you require to start the search (Alphanumeric, 18).

To

The transaction number till which you require search (Alphanumeric, 18).

Tax Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax code. The tax code combo will be loaded with all Tax Codes applicable for the ‘Tax Type’ and ‘Tax Region’ selected.

Transaction Date From

The transaction date from which you require to start the search (Date Format).

To

The transaction date till which you require search (Date Format).

Party Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the party.  The system displays by default ‘Customer’ on launch of the page.

Note: For trade Type Purchase, party type would be Supplier. For trade type Sales, party type would be Customer.

Party Code From

The party code, from which you require to start the search (Alphanumeric).

To

The party code till which you require search (Alphanumeric).

Tax Category

Use the drop down list box to select the tax category for which the form details are to be recorded.

Tax Class

Use the drop down list box to select the tax class for which the form details are to be recorded.

Transaction OU

Use the drop down list box to select the OU in which the transactions were created.

Note: The controls “Tax Category”, “Tax Class” and “Transaction OU”  would be visible when the PPS parameter "Printing Forms C,F,H Registers" is set to Yes.

Retrieve Saved Data

Check this box if you require to fetch those records for which ‘Form Details’ are already saved. The form details can then be modified or deleted, if required.

Note: When the Mode is Print, Retrieved Saved Data control and Get Details task would not be visible.

The system displays the following fields in the “Transaction Details” multiline:

Party Code

The unique identification code to identify the party.

Transaction Type

The type of transaction.

Transaction Date

The date of transaction.

Transaction Number

The serial number of the transaction.

Transaction Amount

Indicates the amount of the transaction.

Transaction Currency

Indicates the currency in which the transaction was done.

Tax Amount (In Base Currency)

The amount of the tax indicated in base currency pertaining to the transaction.

Transaction OU

Indicates the organization unit that is associated with the transaction.

Form Issuing Office

The issuing Office of the C / F / H / 11 Forms.

Form Series Number

The series number to which the C F H and Form 11 belongs.

Form No

The number indicating to identify the Form.

Form Date

The date on which the Form was issued.

Form Amount In Base Currency

The amount of tax indicated on the form

Courier Docket No

The courier docket No. thorough the forms have been sent.

The system displays the following fields in the “Transaction Details” multiline:

Party TIN Number

Vat Registration Number of the Party in the transaction.

Party CST number

CST Registration Number of the party

Party Name

Name of the party

Supplier Invoice No.

The document No. issued by the party

Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to the forms may be recorded.

Additional Remarks

Any additional remarks pertaining to the forms recorded.

The system displays the following field:

Report Name

The report name would be displayed based on the Form type and trade type tax selected

  • CST-India-C-Purchase: C Forms Issuance Register

  • CST-India-C-Sales: C Forms Submission Register

  • CST-India-H-Sales: H Forms Submission Register (CST)

  • VAT-India-H-Sales: H Forms Submission Register (VAT)

  • CST-India-F-Sales-STR: F Form Issuance Register (CST)

  • VAT-India-F-Sales-STR: F Form Issuance Register (VAT)

  • CST-India-F-Sales-STN: F Form Submission Register (CST)

  • VAT-India-F-Sales-STN: F Form Submission Register (VAT)

  • VAT-India-11-Purchase: Form 11 Issuance Register

  • VAT-India-11-Sales: Form 11 Submission Register

Note: “Report Name” control would be visible only when the Mode is selected as Print.

Note: Multiline section would not be visible when the Mode is "Print".

The system saves the Form details and refreshes the screen with the saved data.

Note: Save task would be visible only when the Mode is selected as Update.

Note: The Save and Print Task would be visible only when the Mode is "Print".
