This help page allows you to search and select the location and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search for the location details by specifying the location code, status, customer code, address id and the contact id. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. Select the location from the multiline and click the “ok” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Location” Field.
The “Help on Location” page appears.
Enter the following detail in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Location |
The code identifying the location (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Description |
The textual description of the location (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the area. It can be “All”, “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “All” by default on the launch of the page. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Address ID |
The address id of the customer. (Alphanumeric, 6). |
|
Contact ID |
The code identifying the contact id (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
Name |
The name of the contact person (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The code identifying the location. |

Description |
The textual description of the location. |

Status |
The status of the location. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer code. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
|
Address ID |
The code identifying the address id of the customer. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the location.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected location to the required page.
