This activity allows you to map the task to the code type defined. The system fetches the task details in the multiline based on the Unit category and SWO type combination selected or defaulted in the header. Through this activity the tasks which are to be mapped to the code type can be selected through the help provided in the multiline. Thus the system allows the mapping of the tasks to the code type selected in the header.
Select the “Maintain Task Mapping” link under the “Unit Induction” business component.
The “Maintain Task Mapping” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the “Code Type Details” group box:

Unit Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit category. The combo is loaded with all code type values defined for the code “Unit Category” and are in active status. The combo is loaded with code types based on the sequence number with preference given to the default code type. The system defaults the default code type set for the “Unit Category”. If no code type is set as default, then the system defaults the code type with starting sequence number. |

SWO Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the SWO type. The combo is loaded with all code type values defined for the code “SWO Type” and are in active status. The combo is loaded with code types based on the sequence number with preference given to the default code type. The system defaults the default code type set for the “SWO Type”. If no code type is set as default, then the system defaults the code type with starting sequence number. |
Enter the following field details in the “Task Details” group box:

Seq No |
The sequence number of the task.(Integer). The number should be a positive integer without duplication. |

Task |
The unique code identifying the task(Alphanumeric, 30). The system validates the existence of the entered task code in Task master. |

On entering the task code, the system fetches and displays the following:

The textual description of the task. |

Est. Duration(Hrs.) |
The estimated duration of completion of the task in hours. |

Task Type |
The type to which the task belongs. |

Task Category |
The category to which the task belongs. |
Click the “Maintain Task Mapping” pushbutton to map the task to the code.
The system displays the following details in the “Data History” group box:

Created By |
The login user ID of the user who created the task details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the task details were created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login user ID of the user who last modified the task details. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the task details were last modified. |
