Help on Configuration No
This page helps you to search and select the configuration number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of configuration number, status, unit family number, unit family description, parent unit type. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected configuration number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Configuration No.” field.
The “Help on Configuration No.” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Configuration No. From |
The starting range of the configuration number from which you wish to retrieve the configuration details. |

Configuration No. To |
The ending range of the configuration number from which you wish to retrieve the configuration details. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the configuration number status. The combo is loaded with "All", “Fresh” and “Generated”. The system displays ‘All” by default on launch of the page. |

Unit Family No. |
A unique number identifying the unit family structure for which you wish to search and retrieve the details. |
|
Unit Family Description |
The detailed description of the unit family for which you wish to search and retrieve the details. |

Parent Unit Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the parent unit type for which you wish to search and retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with all the parent unit types that are defined as Parent Unit Category through Maintain codes activity for the code type – unit category. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in multiline.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

A unique number identifying the unit family. |

Unit Family Description |
The detailed description of the unit family. |

Status |
The status of the configuration unit. |

Parent Unit Type |
Indicates the parent unit type. |
Click the ‘OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected configuration number and its details to the required page.
