Select Customer Property Mapping
This page allows you to select the unique numbers for authorization. The status of the unique number should be in “Allocated” or “Amend” status for authorization. You can authorize the unique number either through the “Authorize” button available in this page or authorize in the “Authorize Customer Property Mapping” page through the data hyperlink available in the multiline.
Select the “Authorize Customer Property Mapping” activity under the “Customer Property Relations” business component.
The “Select Customer Property Mapping” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Details” group box:

Unique No From |
The starting number in the range of unique numbers from which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |

Unique No To |
The ending number in the range of unique numbers until which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme by which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme by which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer by which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer by which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Relation ID |
The relation ID by which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Property No |
The property number by which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |
|
Agreement Date From |
The start date in the range of agreement dates from which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |

Agreement Date To |
The end date in the range of agreement dates until which the details are to be retrieved for authorization. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of unique number by which the details are to be fetched for authorization. The combo is loaded with options “Amend” and “Allocated”. |
Click the “Search” button to retrieve the details in the multiline based on the search criteria.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Unique No |
The number which identifies the relation-customer combination and is unique for a scheme. |

Data hyperlink available launches the Authorize Customer Property Mapping page to authorize the unique number. |

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme related to the customer. |
|
Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
|
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer to whom the property is mapped. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
|
Property |
The concatenated property number(s) and the scheme code of the relation. |
|
Relation ID |
The relation ID created when a customer reserves a property. |
|
Agreement Date |
The date on which the agreement was signed. |
|
Sale Value |
The sale value of the property. |
|
Grace Period(days) – DLI |
The number of days after the due date during which the delayed interest is not levied. |
|
Remarks |
Any remarks regarding the customer –property mapping. |
|
Status |
The status of the unique number. |
Enter the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Authorizer Remarks |
The remarks by the authorizer regarding the authorization of the unique number. |
Select the row which contains the required unique number which is to be authorized.
Click the “Authorize” button to authorize the selected unique number.
The system authorizes the unique number and updates the status of the unique number to “Assigned”. The status of the Relation ID corresponding to the unique number is updated as “Allocated” and the status of the properties within the relation is changed to “Sold”.
Click the “Return” button to return the approved and amended unique number.
